Credits
What uses a credit, how many you get each month, and what happens when they run out.
Credits pay for the leads your signals find. Each lead a signal matches to your ideal customer uses 1 credit. Everything you do with that lead afterwards is included: campaigns, messages and the inbox never use credits.
What uses a credit
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| A signal finds a lead that matches your ideal customer | 1 |
| A row of a CSV signal kept by your ideal customer | 1 |
| A profile a signal looks at but doesn't keep | 0 |
| A CSV file imported into a campaign | 0 |
| A CSV signal whose ideal customer has no criteria | 0 |
| Campaign actions: visits, invitations, messages, likes | 0 |
| Replying from the inbox | 0 |
| Finding an email or a phone with FullEnrich | 0, it uses your FullEnrich credits instead |
A person already in your leads uses a credit again when another signal matches them.
InMail credits are something else: they belong to your LinkedIn account, and LinkedIn counts them.
Rejected leads
When you reject a lead a signal found, its credit comes back, unless a campaign already contacted the lead. Credits from a past month don't come back. Approving the lead again takes its credit back.
How many credits you get
| Plan | Credits |
|---|---|
| Free trial | 20 credits for the whole workspace, for the 7 days of the trial |
| Pro | 500 credits per LinkedIn account, every month |
On Pro, monthly credits renew on the day your subscription started, yearly plans included. Unused monthly credits don't carry over to the next month. An account added during the month brings its share of the 500 credits for the days left.
Each LinkedIn account brings its credits to the team it belongs to: a team spends its own monthly credits, never another team's.
See your credits
- The Credits card at the bottom of the sidebar shows the credits left out of the total. Click it to open Settings > Credits.
- Each signal shows the credits left next to its progress.
- Settings > Credits shows your Monthly credits with the date they renew, and your Purchased credits once you've bought some. Only owners see this page.
Buy more credits
Owners on Pro can buy extra credits at any time. Go to Settings > Credits, click Buy credits, pick a pack of 250, 500 or 1,000 credits and confirm. The larger the pack, the cheaper each credit. The pack is charged at once on your subscription's card.
Purchased credits:
- are used once your monthly credits run out;
- never expire, and stay if you change your subscription;
- are shared by every team of your workspace.
If the card is declined, you see The payment failed. Check your card in Manage subscription.
Auto top-up
Auto top-up buys a pack for you when your credits run low. In Settings > Credits, turn on Auto top-up, set When credits drop below and the pack to buy, then click Turn on. Use Edit to change them, or turn the switch off.
If a payment is declined, auto top-up turns itself off and shows Payment declined. Check your card, then turn it on again.
When you run out of credits
Your signals pause and show No credits left. Resumes automatically when credits are added. Your campaigns keep running: the leads already found go on through their sequence.
You don't need to do anything else: as soon as credits arrive, from the monthly renewal or a pack, your signals resume on their own. Until then, launching or resuming a signal shows You have no credits left.
- On Pro, owners see Get more credits in the sidebar to buy a pack right away.
- During the free trial, the sidebar shows No credits left: click Upgrade to move to Pro and get your monthly credits.
Turn on the Out of credits Slack alert to hear about it right away.
