MCP

Let Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants work on your signals, campaigns, leads and inbox.

Connect Sendable to your AI assistant and ask it in plain words: "which campaigns got the most replies this week?", "pause the signal on webinar attendees", "draft a reply to every lead who asked for a demo". The assistant does it in Sendable, with your own login.

It works with Claude, ChatGPT and any assistant that accepts a custom MCP connector, such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Connect your assistant

Each member connects their own assistant. Your connection is personal: nobody else in the workspace uses it.

Copy the server URL

Go to Settings > Integrations > MCP and copy the Server URL.

Add it to your assistant

  • Claude: in Settings, Connectors, click Add custom connector and paste the URL.
  • ChatGPT: in Plugins, click Add, then Add custom MCP server and paste the URL.

Other assistants have a similar setting for custom MCP servers.

Pick a team and allow

Your assistant opens Sendable. Sign in if asked, choose the Team the assistant will work on, then click Allow.

Before you allow, check the line Access goes to: it names the site that receives your access, such as claude.ai or chatgpt.com. An app Sendable does not recognize shows Unverified app: only allow it if you just started this connection yourself and you recognize that site. Assistants running on your computer, such as Claude Code, show localhost.

The assistant now shows on the MCP page, with its team and the date you connected it.

What your assistant can do

The assistant works on one team at a time, with the same access as you in Sendable.

AreaWhat it can do
SignalsCreate, configure, launch, pause, resume, duplicate, archive and delete signals; approve or reject the leads they find; import a CSV
CampaignsCreate and edit campaigns and their steps, add or remove leads, link a signal, launch, pause, duplicate, archive and delete campaigns
LeadsSearch, import, update and delete leads; manage custom fields and the team blacklist
InboxRead conversations, write drafts, send, edit and delete messages, react, mark as read, archive, snooze, label, and mark leads Interested
TeamSee your credits, your LinkedIn accounts and the other teams you can switch to

Launching a signal uses credits, and launching a campaign or sending a message acts on your LinkedIn accounts, exactly as in the app. To check a reply before it goes out, ask your assistant for a draft: you find it in the Drafts view of the inbox, ready to send.

Messages your assistant sends follow the same rules as yours: they count toward each LinkedIn account's daily limits, shared with campaigns. Attachments and voice notes can only be sent from Sendable.

If your Inbox access is set to Own inbox, your assistant only sees the conversations of the LinkedIn accounts you connected yourself.

Switch team

Ask your assistant to switch to another team: it can move to any team you belong to, in any of your workspaces. Everything it does next happens in that team.

Disconnect an assistant

On the MCP page, click Disconnect next to the assistant. It loses access right away. To use it again, connect it again from your assistant.
