LinkedIn accounts
Connect the LinkedIn accounts Sendable sends from, and fix one that stopped working.
Each LinkedIn account you connect appears on the Senders page and uses one seat.
Connect with your password
Recommended: Sendable gets its own LinkedIn session, so the account stays connected even when you log out of LinkedIn in your browser.
Go to Senders, click Connect LinkedIn, enter the account's email and password, then Connect account. The password is only used to log in. LinkedIn may then ask you to:
- Check your email or Check your phone: enter the code, then Verify.
- Open your authenticator: enter the LinkedIn code from your app.
- Approve on your phone: confirm in the LinkedIn app. You can close the window.
- LinkedIn wants a captcha: click Use the extension.
Connect with the extension
No password and no code: Sendable uses the LinkedIn account open in this browser. In the connection window, click Use the extension, then Add to Chrome and Connect account. Logged out? A LinkedIn tab opens: log in and Sendable takes it from there.
The Profile followers signal always needs the extension. On a password-connected account it shows Extension needed: click Connect, then Connect account.
Daily limits
New accounts start at 20 visits, 20 invites and 20 conversations a day. Click an account's limits on Senders to change them. Stay at 30 or less per action.
Seats
Connecting or reconnecting an account needs a free seat. Out of seats, the window shows No seat left: click Add seats (owners only) or disconnect an account.
When an account stops working
| Status | What to do |
|---|---|
| Logged out | LinkedIn ended the login. Click Reconnect. |
| Connection lost | Click Reconnect. |
| Plan ended | Click Reconnect to pick a plan or add a seat. |
| Unused in trial | Click Reconnect when you need it. |
| Disconnected | Someone on your team disconnected it. |
| Restricted | Lift the restriction on LinkedIn, then reconnect. |
Log in to LinkedIn as the account before reconnecting. Campaigns skip it until then, and the dashboard flags it.
