Find the work email and mobile phone of your leads with your FullEnrich account.

The FullEnrich integration is in beta. Ask the Sendable team to turn it on for your workspace.
FullEnrich finds the work email and the mobile phone of a person from their LinkedIn profile. Once your FullEnrich account is connected, anyone in your workspace can search them from the lead tables and from each lead. Searches use your FullEnrich credits, never your Sendable credits.
Connect FullEnrich
Copy your API key
In FullEnrich, open Settings > API and copy your API key. No FullEnrich account yet? Until FullEnrich is connected, the FullEnrich button in an empty Email or Phone field opens FullEnrich so you can create one.
Paste it in Sendable
Go to Settings > Integrations > FullEnrich, paste the key in API key and click Connect. You see FullEnrich connected and the FullEnrich credits left on that key. FullEnrich only shows in the settings once the beta is on for your workspace.
Only an owner can connect FullEnrich. Other members see the page but can't change anything. When FullEnrich doesn't recognize the key, FullEnrich doesn't recognize this API key shows under the field.
To use another key, click the pencil button next to Disconnect. Disconnect stops new searches; the emails and phone numbers already found stay on your leads.
Find an email or a phone number
For one lead
- In the Leads page, a campaign or a signal, hover a lead with an empty Email or Phone cell and click the FullEnrich button in it. Show these columns with Columns if they are hidden.
- In the lead's panel, click the FullEnrich button next to the empty field.
The field shows Searching… until FullEnrich answers, usually within a few minutes. You can still type a value yourself at any time.
For many leads
Select leads, click Find contacts in the selection bar, pick Work email, Mobile phone or both, then click Find. The window shows your FullEnrich credits. Fields that already have a value, or that are already being searched, are skipped.
FullEnrich needs a LinkedIn profile, or a first name, a last name and a company. Without them, the FullEnrich button stays disabled.

Sendable only fills empty fields: an email or a phone number you typed before the result arrived is kept. A found value works like any other: it shows in exports, in the {{email}} and {{phone}} message variables and in Attio or HubSpot.
Credits
FullEnrich charges 1 FullEnrich credit for each work email it finds and 10 for each mobile phone number. A search that finds nothing costs nothing.
